Real Data Metrics Explained
Average Hold Time: The average duration a trader holds tokens before selling
Total Trades: Number of tracked buy/sell pairs for the wallet
Quick Trades: Percentage of trades completed in under 2 minutes
Longest Hold: The longest duration the trader kept a token before selling
Shortest Hold: The quickest token sale after purchase
Recent Token Trades: The latest tokens traded by the wallet with hold times
Trader Classification
Based on real on-chain data, traders are classified into three categories:
Jeet (🔴): Traders with 70% or more of their trades lasting under 2 minutes. These traders prioritize quick profits over long-term holding.
Chad (🟢): Traders with less than 70% of trades lasting under 2 minutes. They tend to have more conviction in their trades.
Neutral (⚪): Traders with 1 or fewer trades, which is insufficient data for proper classification.
Technical Details
Jeet Detection Algorithm: Analyzes transaction pairs (buys/sells) to calculate exact hold times
Scoring System: Classifies traders based on the percentage of quick trades (<2 minutes)
Data Refresh Cycle: Leaderboard data is cached for 1 hour to optimize performance
Sorting Options: Sort by average hold time in ascending or descending order
Calculation Methodology: Hold times are calculated by matching purchase and sale transactions for the same token
Beta Status Warning
IMPORTANT: The Jeet Leaderboard is currently in EXPERIMENTAL BETA. This feature is highly experimental and subject to significant changes.
Algorithm accuracy is still being refined and may produce false positives
Limited historical detection range (currently max 14 days)
Smaller market cap tokens may have less reliable jeet detection due to limited liquidity data
Calculation methodology is regularly adjusted based on new data patterns
UI may change significantly as we improve the presentation of jeet metrics
Definition Clarification
For transparency, our system defines a "jeet" based on these criteria:
Traders with >70% of transactions completed in under 2 minutes
Selling a token within 48 hours of purchase that subsequently rises >30%
Pattern of repeatedly selling tokens prior to significant price appreciation
"Quick flipper" behavior across multiple tokens
Known Limitations
Detection primarily works on tokens with sufficient liquidity and trading volume
Some legitimate trading strategies may be incorrectly flagged as jeeting
Market manipulation can sometimes trigger false positives
Maximum tracking of 500 wallets for jeet behavior
Data may be delayed during periods of extreme market volatility
Complex DeFi interactions may not be accurately detected as buys/sells
Data Sources
The Jeet Leaderboard uses several data sources to provide accurate information:
Blockchain Data: Direct transaction data from the Solana blockchain
Wallet Database: Our internal database of tracked KOLs and traders
Token Information: Token metadata for proper identification
Profile Images: When available, from wallet APIs or verified profiles
Reporting Issues or False Positives
If you believe a wallet has been incorrectly flagged or notice other issues:
Click the "Report Issue" button on the affected wallet profile
Select "False Jeet Detection" from the dropdown menu
Provide transaction hashes and market context if available
Explain why you believe the detection is incorrect
Your feedback directly improves our detection algorithms and classification system.
